Our company handles fire and water damage emergency services as well as general cleaning and abatement. Our customers are often going through a hard time and need a caring professional to help with any home or business disaster.
We are looking for a leader to manage and build our production department in order to help our customers as effectively as possible. The production manager will be the main resource for our customers, providing expert job scoping, management of production crews to get the work done, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
Normal working hours are 8am-5pm Monday through Friday. Our business involves responding to customer emergencies 24/7/365 and the production manager will oversee organizing our emergency response team.
Being the Production Manager includes the following job responsibilities:
-Meeting with customers and maintaining their satisfaction throughout the job process
-Scoping and estimating jobs
-Presenting our plan and walking through job sites with customers
-Close the job with the customer
-Oversee job and crew scheduling
-Manage work in progress as the crew progresses through service, keeping the customer informed throughout
-Maintain job documentation accurately and on time
-Train, manage, and give feedback to production personnel
-Organize emergency response and personally respond as needed
-Gain industry certifications and always continue personal development
-Manage company assets and perform job costing
-Keep yourself and everyone else at the company safe, following all applicable safety regulations
